Lean Games
We have a selection of great Lean Games combining training and motivation with great fun. We offer both traditional Lean Games with LEGO bricks to simulate a production process, and also our unique eLean Games which are Lean Games that can be played with materials you already have, for example plain paper. The eLean Games are downloadable and you receieve everything you need to get started right away.

Short rounds repeated several times allowed people to see the value of making many small incremental changes to improve processes. Removing a person from the process and bringing them back in a new role helps to drive home the point that Lean is not about headcount reduction but is about improving flow and efficiency, often dramatically.
