These terms are in effect where no other written agreement has been made between buyer (you) and seller (thy innovation a/s). 

Delivery and transportation (Physical deliveries) 
Delivery is completed when the goods are handed over to buyer. The shipment is made with DHL. Delivery time is indicated on each item. 

Delivery (Electronic deliveries) 
If buyer chooses a product with electronic delivery, buyer will receive a link where the purchased files can be downloaded. The download link will be active immediately after payment and will remain active for 10 days. The buyer takes over the risk on items bought on leanshopping.com at the time of delivery. 

Warranty and claims 
Any failures in or missing deliveries from leanshopping.com must be claimed within a reasonable period of time. If an error or malfunction is discovered it is the duty of the buyer to contact leanshopping.com without hesitation. Claims are valid within a period of two years after delivery. Leanshopping.com will handle any claim valid under these conditions and correct the error or missing delivery as soon as possible. 

Prices and payment 
In the web-shop you can use the follwing credit cards for payment: VISA Mastercard 
All prices on leanshopping.com are without VAT. 
Note that customers outside the EU and EU-customers with a valid CVR-number are not VAT relevant. 
For physical deliveries a fee for shipment is added to the total amount. 

Return policy (for physical deliveries only) 
leanshopping.com offers buyer a full 30-day return warranty from time of delivery. If the buyer wishes to return the items, leanshopping.com must be notified, no later than 30 days after time of delivery. The items must be returned in a condition close to the condition at the time of delivery, and the returned items must correspond completely to the delivered quantity. Costs related to the return of the items are carried by the buyer. 

Online payment with credit cards 
The shop uses the payment system from DanDomain, which is in compliance with all demands from PBS. All communication between the payment system and the cardholder is done using an encrypted SSL connection. This will secure that third party is prohibited from seeing any of the information that is exchanged between the payment system and cardholder. The traffic between the payment system and the PBS system is encrypted as well. The entire payment setup is approved by VeriSign. The number of buyer’s credit card number remains unknown to leanshopping.com 
The servers running the DanDomain payment system is placed in a secured area.
